Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in both English and French Provide information about products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Increase customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills Work in one or multiple queues/skill sets over various customer service platforms (email, telephone, social media, etc.
) Handle numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and efficiently Navigate between computer screens (CRM Software, ACD System, Email and Web Browser) while actively listening and entering customer information
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service Must be fluent in English and Canadian French (written and verbal) Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Minimum Associates degree, bachelors preferred Experience operating PCs to Type, Navigate the Internet, Search Databases, etc.
